You cannot fail if you try. You may fall down and not feel on top of the world, but you can always get back up and experience another day. Let’s be realistic and not set our expectations so incredibly out of reach that they destroy our hopes and dreams.
Being realistic and taking one step at a time each and every day that you awaken will enable you to view your triumphs, accomplishments and all your achievements in a light that promotes success. Rushing through your goals does no good; it even promotes feelings of disappointment when you can’t aspire to your pipe dreams. Be realistic; look at your travels in a practical, sensible manner and be down-to-earth with your personal expectations. By viewing your journey one day at a time you will continue to stay inspired, be thrilled with your daily successes and be reasonable with yourself.
So the next time you look into your crystal ball and it catapults you months ahead of yourself, it is your job to bring yourself back to the moment and live in it the best that you can. Why not include some of the following helpful tips to aid in your moment-to-moment victories:
~Document your winning ways and be proud of your feats. ~Share your success with your friends, family and neighbors. ~Use post-it notes to spread your grand movements toward your goals. ~Be confident in your ability and trust in you. ~Reward yourself often with non-food items. ~Dress to impress you and only you.
Taking into account all the wonderful things you do throughout your day and being able to view each successful endeavor for what it is, a step in the right direction, is a fabulous attribute to attain. Here’s how some fellow Lovely Ladies acknowledge their daily feats: take a few moments here and there to stop and think about me and my good deeds, write them down in my journal at the end of the day, share them with my husband or best friend, tell myself how proud I am and how far I have come in a few short weeks, I smile a lot and acknowledge my triumphs, I think about the end results, I try hard.
