There’s not a doubt in my mind that when you prepare to do well, you put yourself in a position to create the scenario that allows you to do just that. When you set forth and create a plan of action, take 100% responsibility for yourself and your well wishes, you are more often than not given the gifts of what you are working toward.
It really is plain and simple in regard to achieving your goals. Notice I did not mention the word easy. You can reap success and be the observer of what happens when a strong, beautiful woman puts her mind on her dreams and makes them come true! Why not you? There is no one on this entire planet that is worthy of living the life they have always dreamed about other than you. We are all created with the opportunity to experience a life that is kind, considerate, rewarding and happy, and all of those wonderful attributes can be yours for the taking.
Creating healthy habits takes consistent effort on a regular basis. Why not follow some of the guidelines below to ensure these ways of living become second nature.
~Make it a point to write down your chosen actions and review them on a daily basis to increase the likelihood of them becoming part of your typical schedule. Make a list. ~Be sure to attempt to create habits that you enjoy. Find ways of making it fun. ~Take one day at a time and do not overwhelm yourself with your dreams. ~Stay consistent. If one of your goals is to workout, try exercising at the same time of day to create a known happening in your day. ~Accept the fact that you are not perfect and will have times when your said pathway isn’t up to par. Remember that you can always try again. ~Do not allow excuses to derail your plan. Overcome negative self-banter. ~journal your happenings and record your findings. Create a written log of accountability. ~Be patient. Good things eventually turn up on the doorstep of those who are calm.
Some experts believe it takes three full weeks of harboring the same actions to create a habit, others say it is three months. I say let’s do the best we can with the day we have on hand and take it from there. Why worry about three weeks or three months down the line when today is the day we can make a difference; today is the day we will begin to put the steps of success into play and get in the game to be a winner.
