There’s no doubt about it, you live a busy life with many different genres that require your attention, your time and your energy each and every day that you awake. There is no doubt in my mind that it requires constant effort to not only take care of all our responsibilities on the outside, but it also is a dire necessity that you make time for yourself during your weekly events.

Just as your car cannot run consistently without having a moment to refuel and rejuvenate itself, so must you design your array of activities, obligations and commitments to give yourself a well deserved break. Downtown is essential for you to invigorate yourself, calm yourself and place yourself in a position that promotes feeling of being in control, enjoying the life you lead and providing you with the wherewithal to continue on your life road.

Being busy is an actuality of many Lovely Ladies lives. Learning how to organize your schedule into one that supports your aspirations is a realism that can come to fruition with some sensible planning, prior thought and willingness to change your known patterns. Here are a few suggestions to help you along the way when altering your weekly agenda to one that encourages balance in your life.

~Prioritize your tasks on your list of things to do. What is essential, what can you do tomorrow and what is a task that is neither here nor there and could be ousted from your line-up? ~Learn to use the word “no” it’ll make a world of difference in your time allowance if you begin to turn away work, projects, and extra activities that eat up your time. ~Ask for help. We know that no one possesses the power to pick your brain of things that they could help you with; it is your job to delegate tasks, errands, busy work and activities that are on your agenda. Don’t be afraid to ask, you are not required to do it all and people like to help. ~Allow yourself extra time with each item that takes precedence on your daily schedule. This gives you the pleasure to taking your time, not rushing and it relieves your stress. ~Make allowances in your schedule for “nothing” time, it does a body good.

One of the last things you are striving for is to be overbooked, overscheduled and worked to the bone. You can make a difference, you can alter your future and you can find further pleasure through allowing yourself to slow down and gain control of your schedule.
