I had to fight against schizophrenia because it was threatening my mental stability when I was 28-years-old. I discovered through dream translation that my neurosis could easily become schizophrenia because I had a strong anti-conscience. Besides this fact, my father was schizophrenic. I had inherited his absurd tendencies. On the other hand, my behavior was influenced by my contact with him during my childhood.
My father was very cruel and unreasonable with everyone. However, he was kind to me because I looked like him. I had pity on all the people who depended on him. Even though he was basically absurd, he was able to work normally and hide this absurdity in many circumstances.
I understood from the beginning of my life that whoever has money on Earth becomes a king, no matter how crazy he is. Later, I understood that this is why our world is ruled by terrorism, violence, immorality, hypocrisy, and greed.
The anti-conscience is the wild side of the human conscience. It generates all mental illnesses within the human side of our conscience. It wants to destroy our conscience and control our behavior.
This happens because the anti-conscience is a wild and evil primate. Its capacity to think was not able to help it find solutions, and its despair led it to terror.
Terror is a shocking situation generated by violence, which provokes panic. After repeatedly facing terror, a conscious creature is unable to find logical balance.
While trying to survive with all the horrors it had to face, the anti-conscience started feeling pleasure with terror. This abnormality is the result of a self-defense mechanism that distorted its capacity to understand what is logical or illogical.
We inherit an absurd anti-conscience in the biggest part of our brain because this absurd conscience refuses to change its behavior. This is why it remains as it was in the beginning of its formation, without evolving like our human conscience.
I discovered the existence of anti-conscience after continuing Carl Jung’s research into the unknown region of the human psyche through dream interpretation. I was then attacked by the anti-conscience. Thus, I saw very clearly that all the symptoms that torture schizophrenic individuals are the consequence of the attacks of the anti-conscience. Fortunately, I started following dream therapy when I was 24-years-old. Therefore, when four years later, I too had to bear the anti-conscience’s attacks, my human conscience was not completely destroyed.
If you are schizophrenic you must understand that you are fighting against a demon. However, this demon is not outside of you. It is a part of your own personality. Thus, it pretends to be "you". However, it is not your true self; it is your primitive self. In other words, it is a part of your brain as primitive as the brain of a cave man. This part didn’t evolve.
Your anti-conscience works independently of your human conscience. Thus, you are not responsible for its absurd thoughts and behavior. All the craziness it imposes on you doesn’t belong to who you are today; it is a throwback of the remote past.
You are the human being concentrated in the tiny part of your brain that has human characteristics. However, when your anti-conscience manages to destroy your tiny human conscience, you are psychologically dead. Only your horrible primitive conscience controls your mind and your behavior. Thus, you are not responsible for your actions. All the terror provoked by the anti-conscience is not a product of your will. On the contrary; you are a victim of the anti-conscience’s domination. Once you understand this truth, you will recover your lost human conscience.
You need to resist the attacks from the anti-conscience. In other words, you must courageously bear the horrible sensations provoked by your anti-conscience, until they will become weaker. The unconscious guidance in your dreams will help you get rid of your wild conscience forever, and resurrect as a human being. This is how you’ll finally find peace, acquiring sound mental health that lasts for life.

All Your Issues Are in Your Tissues
Have you ever asked your self “Why am I in the shape I’m in”? Aren’t we all made of the same matter; bones, flesh and blood? So why do our packages all look so different from one another? I believe the answers are in the intangible spiritual, mental and emotional energies that manifest in the tangible physical body. Our bodies are the densest form of our spirit or energy life source. Our minds (conscious or unconscious) are the gatekeeper of actions and reactions to our life experiences that create imbalances in the flow of our emotions.

A Fail-Safe Way to Relieve Pain and Stress
Helping people in ongoing pain and stress is a challenge for a number of reasons. One important obstacle is that usually they have learned to disconnect from their body experience to reduce the feeling of pain. The problem with this strategy is that it also cuts them off from the resources and wisdom of the body that can help resolve pain and stress. I have found that working with breathing is generally the best place to start.
