The way we react to a thing depends on our outlook for that thing and the way we response to things are according to how we preparation to encounter those things. When it come to self control and impulses, impulses choices come from usually thinking that this is a right now choice that I have to make for me.
Self control is a matter of making a choice about yourself that you want to improve on for you. You see, nobody can make a choice for you unless you agree to choice to follow the choices of someone make to fulfill their desire or use for you. As Russell W. Davenport said ,
“Progress in every age results only from the fact that there are some men and women who refuse to believe that what they know to be right cannot be done.”
