Self Discipline
Self-discipline - the act of disciplining or power to discipline one's own feelings, desires, impulses, etc., esp with the intention of improving oneself self-disciplined.
Self-discipline begins with selective training and development of one’s self by creating new habits, thoughts, actions, and speech toward improving yourself and reaching goals. I have heard it said, “The price of discipline is always less than the pain of regret.” How you choose to improve yourself is up to you, but you will need discipline to do it.
Self-discipline is one of your keys to success in virtually every aspect of life. Whether you are pursuing career goals, improving your health, changing personal habits, or looking for better ways to manage your home and relationships, your self discipline for achievements or failures depend heavily on your ability to master impulses and stay on course.
If we just focus on the word discipline, we primarily be looking at a group participation in an activity in which they worked on to unity. Self discipline is really about developing the parts of you to work in unison to reach your destiny. This is work, going against things that you are comfortable with and believe that are right and been taught that this is the way to do it. Self discipline is reshaping you. You can’t unlea
what you have learned to do but you can learn a different way of doing what you can do. No that one way is not the only way but it is a way of a choice.
Your self discipline is up to you, what you put into it is what you get out of it. This is what only you can do for you. I believe that your best defense for life quality is your self discipline.

The Hard Truth About Soft-Skills
There are 350,000 opinions (books) on “leadership” on Amazon. Corporate America can’t seem to draw a consensus on what leadership is so it’s really no big surprise that Corporate America can’t figure out what soft-skills are and why they are important either. You know, for being such a dominating force in the world of business, we really don’t have a clue about the stuff that REALLY makes business run.
