Does your life feel like those days you get caught in a traffic jam and just cannot move or go anywhere? Maybe it feels more like you have run mulitiple marathons for days on end with very little hydration? Perhaps you are neither of these scenarios, but you are disappointed because you have a fire of desire and blooming potential inside that has been left unfed in the dark just busting to be set free?
If you can relate or are in any of these situations, first of all, do not throw any more punches at yourself. You are already down for the count and what you need now is a kind hand up or to stand up courageously. What happened is that your kitchen of life got so busy and loud that it did not hear your order correctly or unfortunately, it made a mistake. So what does a sassy, spunky sister who just stood up after peeling herself off the ring floor, say to the kitchen of life waiter? Would she ask them to change that order of hot water to a cosmopolitan martini or politely drink what she was given?
At that very moment you feel defeated, lost, and exhausted, you must grab the reigns of your life and declare the following promise to yourself, "I will rise above, lead strongly forward, play to my full potential, and passionately pursue purpose and freedom."
When you have arrived at a cross roads in your life, it may be time to create something new, make a change, and move in a new direction. There are four steps to follow in order to travel on a new, brighter path.
One is that you must take charge and become the leader of your life. This means you are not a victim, but a survivor, fighter, and thriver who builds your own destiny. You must open yourself to the possibilities that could be, opportunities that might be, and the idea that you have freedom of choice.
Second, in order to make a change, something in your life must change. This could mean you might add something new to your life, take something out, or modify what already exists. Ask yourself what needs to change or what do you want to change? Then you would determine what you are willing to change and where you will start.
Third, to create something new, you must envision what it is first. Developing a vision of what you want to design when you may only be able to see what is or has been may be difficult. Imagine yourself as a painter or artist. How would a painter create their new piece of art work? They may surround themselves in a beautiful, natural setting to be inspired or do something playful and fun that would evoke creativity. The artist would also make a quiet time in their day that could bring forth the space upon which their vision could grow.
Lastly, you will be able to move your life once you have mastered and completed the three steps above including: becoming a leader who takes charge, deciding on the integral change that will move your life forward, and creating a new vision and direction of where you want your life to go. These three steps provide the foundation you need to move your life and then the actual movement will only occur with consistent, persistent action steps.
You have the power to create the life you want and deserve. Through creation, transforming change, and movement, you will be able to design a new life work of art.

The Watercure Recipe
The Watercure Recipe I first learned about the watercure recipe in March, 1997. It was the mid-day break during a seminar I was presenting called: Building Bridges to Better Health. A young man handed me a book with the title: Your Body’s Many Cries for Water by F. Batmanghelidj MD and said: “Here, it’s a gift. I thin…
