Did you not know that smiling and laughing at yourself is good? A smile is a facial expression that displays happiness. A smile with a buildup of emotion goes from silence to sound, which is expressed in laughter. Yes, a build of happiness that must be echoed by your distinctive sound in laughter.

In the practice of smiling and laughing one is able to bring healing to their body. Smiling can even make you look more attractive, younger, and improve your stress level. Are you smiling now?

A smile is important for numerous reasons. It can set the atmosphere and the environment around you. When you walk into a room or even your workplace and smile, it demands a positive response from others. When you smile, it shows others that you are friendly, that you are kind, and that you are welcoming a positive attraction. A smile generates happy thoughts and makes it easier to communicate. It makes others happy and demands a smile in return. Yes, a smile is contagious and the more it used and spread, the more happiness is generated. A smile is so powerful that it will make you laugh as you dwell on the happy thoughts. We should all make the commitment to smiling and help others to do the same. If we can pass it forward, we will see more improved lives. Smiling and laughing is good for the soul.
