Wherever it is that you reside during your working hours there is always a place to go to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack time pick-me-up. Usually there is a special room that provides you with an environment to sit down, regroup and enjoy your chosen fare for a short period of time. It’s a gathering place where you chat, enjoy the company of co-workers and prepare yourself to take on the rest of your day until the workday whistle sounds and you head out the door.
This special room that provides you with an environment to refuel your body, take a load off and chat is typically an area that is just salivating to sabotage your goals and aspirations for a healthier, lighter you.
