Start Your Day the Night Before It took me nearly thirty minutes to get ready for the gym this morning. Normally, I have all my clothes and gear ready the night before so that I can just grab them and go. It's a habit I learned from my girlfriend, who always lays her clothes out the night before. I forgot to do that so I got all discombobulated. The best way to prevent our day from getting away from us is to attack it the night before. Before your day is over, take a few minutes to figure out what you are going to do the next day, and make sure things are in place. This way, when you day starts, you can just grab your things and go.
