An integral element to losing or maintaining your weight is to carry out your plan of exercise action on a regular basis. It takes you, your determination and the ability to follow through multiple times/week to create a pattern that is conducive to weight loss. Being able to craft a schedule for yourself where you carve out a specific amount of time to be physically active is imperative to your leaps and bounds in the weight loss department.

Possibly you encounter bumps along the way where just the day before you were solidly on track and focused when it came to exercise. You possessed every ounce of energy you could imagine to stay focused, you had the drive to continue and the stamina to endure. Unfortunately, almost out of nowhere sometimes you are stricken with the feelings to take a day off, which turns into two and three and four, and before you even know what hit you, you find yourself in a situation where good old mother time has brought you to a place where you barely recognize that feisty woman who was making positive strides in the exercise department. You find yourself completely off track.

No worries; there are certain ways to increase your possibilities for continued exercise in your every day schedule and ways of incorporating them into your life before that week of rest becomes two and three and out of sync you go. Take action to include them in your day-to-day on goings.

~Engage the pleasure of a workout buddy. ~Schedule yourself in on your calendar. ~Hire a personal trainer to show you the ropes and keep you moving. ~Display an outfit in clear view to inspire you to move. ~Lay out your workout attire the night before for easy access. ~Don’t take “I can’t, I don’t want to, I don’t have time” as an excuse. ~Write in your journal what feelings of accomplishment you reap after your movement. ~Download some new music to inspire your workout choice.

The bottom line is – don’t accept excuses from you. Overcome your justifications and move that wonderful body of yours on a habitual schedule. The buck stops with you each and every day. You can make a difference in today, tomorrow and your future, but you must take action and hold yourself and no one else responsible. How will you make a difference in your day?
