The truth is that many people are in relationships, and they do not even know that it may be an unhealthy one, or many people may deny that they are in an unhealthy relationship. This article will provide a list of ten signs that show you are in an unhealthy relationship.

Relationships are certainly not easy; however, if you are in the right relationship, it can be a blessing. Unfortunately, there are many people who are not in a healthy relationship. When you are in a relationship, it is so important that it is healthy. When you are in an unhealthy relationship, it can be detrimental to your mental, physical, and spiritual health. The truth is that many people are in relationships, and they do not even know that it may be an unhealthy one, or many people may deny that they are in an unhealthy relationship. This article will provide a list of ten signs that show you are in an unhealthy relationship.

1. Nervousness: If you are with someone who always makes you feel nervous about time, this is not healthy. It is important that both people are calm. It is not cool to make your partner feel nervous about everything, especially when it comes to keeping a schedule.

2. Unworthy: If you are in a relationship where you always feel unworthy or not good enough, then chances are it is not a healthy relationship. Your partner may not necessarily say things that make you unworthy, but his/her actions make you feel that way. This is not healthy.

3. Seriousness: If there is no laughter, then you are not in a healthy relationship. A relationship needs to be serious and have serious discussions, but there needs to be laughter. Both partners should have a sense of humor and make each other laugh.

4. Possession: If one or both partners are possessive, then this is a sure sign of an unhealthy relationship. Each partner deservers his and her own space. Do not try to own your partner. Allow each other to have other friends and interests.

5. Control: If you are controlling or your partner is controlling, then you are in an unhealthy relationship. No one deserves to be controlled. For example, if you or your partner always make the decisions or say when or when not to do something, then this is control. Control does not allow a sense of individuality.

6. Sharing Interests: It is important that both of you share the same interests. Yes, you have to have your own interests, but you should also share some so that you can enjoy each other. If you or your partner turns down each other’s passions, then this is not healthy.

7. Not Trusting: If you and your partner are always jealous of each other or jealous of other people looking or talking to you or your partner, then this is extremely unhealthy. Jealousy eats away at you and your relationship. Therefore, you need to have trust.

8. Loneliness: If you are in a relationship that you feel lonely in, then this is not healthy. When you are in a relationship, it is important to feel complete. If you or your partner put work and other things first, this will lead to loneliness.

9. Lack of Communication: If you do not communicate properly about the relationship and life, then there is no room for health. A healthy relationship will consist of open communication.

10. Sex and Arguing: If the relationship contains a lot of arguing and pure sex, then you are in an unhealthy relationship. Constant arguing causes stress, anger, and hate. Sex, and only sex without love, is confusing and derailing. If you are in a relationship that contains a lot of both, then you are not in a healthy relationship.
