There are a few signs that your ex is over you. First, don't forget that your mind blurs your reality.

Our mind sorts out our life in three ways, which are deleting, distorting, and generalizing. Your mind deletes and does not process everything you see. Your mind distorts- adds things to something that's not there. Your mind generalizes by putting everything into one category.
For example, all men will break your heart, all homeless people are dangerous, and all Asians are great at math are a few generalizations.
Here are three signs that most people give when their moving on from their ex.
Signs Your Ex Is Over You # 1: He hasn't Contacted Your In Months
Normally, the first month after a breakup is tough for both people involved. You will often cross each other's mind. But most likely, your ex is moving on with their life if you haven't heard from your ex in months.
Signs Your Ex Is Over You # 2: Your Ex Is Exclusively Dating Someone
Your ex will most likely compare their relationship with you to their current one. Your ex will still be thinking of you even when they're dating someone else. Thus, rebound relationships seldom work because your ex hasn't had enough time to heal from your relationship.
But if your ex is dating someone else exclusively and they've been together for some time, the chances are slim that your ex may get back with you anytime soon.
Signs Your Ex Is Over You # 3: Your Ex Has Expressed They Have No Feelings For You.
If your ex has particularly told you a lot of times that they're over you, they want you to move on with your life so they could do the same. Isn't this clear enough?
It most likely means your ex is also trying to move on with life if your ex has said "Move on with your life." Remember that these just a few common signs that your ex has moved on with their life. But it really doesn't mean that your ex HAS moved on with their life. Only your ex will know the truth behind that.
The only thing you can do right now is focus on your own life. Whether or not your ex has moved on does not change where you're at. Focus on improving your life and finding your own happiness will be the best way to attract back a new love or perhaps even your ex.
Each person and each breakup are different. These are some indicators that your ex is over you.
