What is your favorite movie? How many times did you see it? Why?

We all have favorite movies, cooking favorite meals, going to the places we love, meeting with people we feel great when they are around.

Why? Because it creates the feeling of joy. We need it to fully engage in life, to be happy.

Many people experiencing negative feeling for variety of reasons; family crisis, financial problems, economy, illness, the list can go on and on; the fact is that your problem can be overwhelming, distracting and frustrating, you may even consider there is no way to get out of it. The best you can do is buy yourself a moment of joy. Do something what you love. I am not telling you it will resolve your problem, but for sure it will bring some relief; a little break when your problems will become a little smaller and this is the time you will thinking more clearly. Remember there is very rare to cosider that nothing can be done, the real challenge is that usually we don't see the way to change, improve or resolve things because we are ... to busy worrying.

Do you really want to change something today? There is a very simple task you can introduce to your daily routine; make a list of 100 favorite activities, there are no limits except: it must be healthy, legal, and safe. What can it be? As I mentioned it can be walking with the dog, meeting friends, jogging, reading, dancing, singing, cooking and everything else what makes you happy. More physical activity is involve more energetic you will feel, more good it will bring to others more rewarding it will be. So, go ahead, make your list of minimum of 100 activities and promise yourself to do at least one every day. After three weeks it will become a new helthy and exciting habit, you happiness will flourish, your friends will notice and you will have a tool to conquer negative feeling.

Hope you have great, happy and energetic day.
