The Gift Of Fear book review
Legacy signals

I met a man years ago, who at first sight, put me on red alert. Other people were talking to him like nothing was wrong, yet I had the sense that this man was not what he seemed and I could not allow my eyes to not keep watch. I analyzed him, seeing his beach boy good looks, saw him conversing without sprouting horns, yet I was quite unsettled. I found out years later that he was as bad as a man can get, to woman and children. And this is what this book is about. It is about trusting your instincts, trusting your intuition and not letting a smile or an intelligent conversion put you off guard. Even if you find out in the end that an individual was not to be feared, that is okay and you are not paranoid. Intuition is often fact based, we just don't have that list front and foremost in our thoughts. How that even in our sleep we can decipher a usual noise from an unusual noise. After reading this book, I allowed my intuition guide me. This book gives you permission to feel your feelings about a person or a situation, and whatever the truth of the person or situation is, you are never wrong. You will also learn that you need not explain your apprehensions, nor justify them. Learn the possible signals of a stalker, read how others let their intuition save them, and how to assertively state yourself, again with no justifications or explanations. You know the old saying, "just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean no one is after you!"

7 Benefits of Eating Raw Foods
"Raw Foods" is a popular phrase these days that is often misunderstood, yet represents a powerful, grass roots health movement. Some people shun the idea, not knowing what it means. Others embrace the idea, not knowing what it means. And that's no wonder, since there are many different interpretations of what it means to be on a raw food diet. Personally, I advocate a plant-based raw food diet. In other words, I suggest eating green leafy vegetables, sea vegetables, other vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds, and fruit.
