If you are not aware of what you are thinking and what your actions mean to you and others, how will you make the changes required in order to get the better life you so long for?
Many people find looking at themselves painful/uncomfortable, and just not something they find easy to do, although no matter how uncomfortable things may be, it is essential that we understand ourselves and how we “tick” so that we can move on and start our journey to prosperity.
So how do you begin to become self-aware? Here are a few ideas to get you started:
Identify what motivates your
Write down your core valuesr
Make an inventory of your habitsr
Understand how you react in different situationsr
Make a list of things you like and disliker

Once you have started to incorporate these things into your daily life, you will automatically start to become more self-aware. There really is nothing like knowing yourself, what you like and dislike, what makes you “YOU” and what makes you happy.
