Carl Jung was the only one who managed to discover the real meaning of dreams. I continued his research, proving that his theories were important discoveries. All the other methods of dream interpretation are misleading attempts to understand the meaning of dreams based on suppositions.

You may think that I'm exaggerating. There are many other scientists in our world who have seriously studied the meaning of dreams. How can I despise the value of their work and declare that only Carl Jung was correct?

I’m more than sure that only Jung was correct because he cured my neurosis with his knowledge. After finding sound mental health, I cured many other people with his method of dream interpretation.

Only Carl Jung cared about understanding the dream logic, without distorting the meaning of dreams with his personal opinion. He made a very arduous research, analyzing the symbolism contained in dreams, religious manifestations, and artistic expressions of many different people from various civilizations. He related this knowledge to the mysterious chemistry of the alchemists. Then, he related his findings to his experiences as a psychiatrist.

Dreams follow the unconscious logic, which is not based on selfishness, like the logic followed by our conscience. We are very selfish creatures, and this is why we protect our ego more than anything else. However, our ego is absurd because it is ignorant and insatiable.

Dreams are basically warnings and lessons that protect our mental stability and correct our behavior. For example, the figures of the animus or anima, which represent our perfect match, protect our mental health from many traps. Love is near craziness because it makes us become even more selfish than what we usually are.

The animus or anima are archetypes because they represent human experiences that belong to humanity in general. Archetypes represent the repetition of the same life situations in the lives of all human beings.

Everyone looks for his or her perfect match. This is why the animus and the anima are very important archetypes that frequently appear in young people’s dreams. Through their images, the unconscious mind teaches all dreamers all the aspects of a love relationship, giving them many lessons and warnings.

The animus or anima are not merely symbolic representations. They represent a real human being who is the dreamer’s perfect match. Some day the dreamer will meet his or her perfect match in real life. Dreams prepare all dreamers for this meeting.

Thus, the unconscious lessons in dreams are not theoretical. They prepare all dreamers for facing the challenges of love with caution.

The dream symbols are the same for everyone in our world, in all civilizations and historical times. However, dream symbols are definitions that depend on the way they are used in order to give a certain message to someone. This is why you must always relate all dream symbols to your life in order to perfectly translate the dream messages.
I greatly simplified Jung’s method of dream interpretation for you. This means that now you can immediately understand the important messages that preserve your sanity. In other words, now you can avoid repeating common human mistakes, and find true happiness in life.

Give me 5 minutes with anyone and I can tell you more about their character than a 10-page résumé. I have “read” thousands of people who tell me I know more about them in a few minutes than their spouse, family or friends ever have. Am I the only one who has access to this ancient secret? No, anyone can do what I do by simply learning the Art of Face Reading.

Have you ever asked your self “Why am I in the shape I’m in”? Aren’t we all made of the same matter; bones, flesh and blood? So why do our packages all look so different from one another? I believe the answers are in the intangible spiritual, mental and emotional energies that manifest in the tangible physical body. Our bodies are the densest form of our spirit or energy life source. Our minds (conscious or unconscious) are the gatekeeper of actions and reactions to our life experiences that create imbalances in the flow of our emotions.

When you suffer from a panic attack this means that your body is reacting against a terrible feeling. You cannot simply get rid of this organic reaction without solving your problems. This organic reaction is a protection. You are doing what provokes your anxiety. Or, you are interpreting the meaning of life and human behavior based on false impressions. You must correct your behavior and you must stop following absurd ideas.

Helping people in ongoing pain and stress is a challenge for a number of reasons. One important obstacle is that usually they have learned to disconnect from their body experience to reduce the feeling of pain. The problem with this strategy is that it also cuts them off from the resources and wisdom of the body that can help resolve pain and stress. I have found that working with breathing is generally the best place to start.
