Fed Sees Turmoil Persisting.
That was the recent headline across the country’s newpapers .
Of course the turmoil will persist.
What’s going on right now with the news and the economy can help us if we see what’s going on and use it for growing, for getting more positive.
The turmoil will persist because people all over the world are holding in mind turmoil, economic turmoil.
Most of the people in the world don’t see it. The Release Technique shows us whatever we hold in mind will persist. Whatever we hold in mind is what we experience. All our experience is exactly what we are holding in mind. To see what are we holding in mind, we look at what we are experiencing.
In the same way as our own mind, if we look at the experience going on in the country and the world we can see what people are holding in mind. They are holding in mind trouble and problems, in this case economic problems of all kinds.
Are there really economic problems? Well, yes, there are, for those who have have been holding in mind and acting on all the negativity. People have been wringing their hands about all these negative factors, so there are plenty of negative factors to wring their hands about. They have been thinking bad economy, so they have bad economy. Some news person said something and they acted on the news and went into fear and apathy.
And the latest headline, “Fed Sees Turmoil Persisting,” is absolutely predictable also. The Release Technique has shows us what we resist persists. It doesn’t take any extra special sensory skills to feel the resistance of people around us on the subject of economic conditions. It’s all there, fear, anger, frustration, and of course a lot of apathy, not to mention plenty of wanting and lacking, particularly wanting and lacking.
The news media are feeding this resistance. The headline that’s been mentioned, the negative headlines every day, the negative stories, the negative interviews are all about feeding the resistance to these economic conditions which will definitely persist for the people who are resisting.
Does the media enjoy it? Of course, the media thrives on it big time. The media loves a good negative story. They have a negative story and it’s a real good one. It’s a story about people’s money and their fear of having it taken away from them and having their life, as they know it, taken away from them. It’s a story that stirs up people’s fear, anger, frustration, guilt, pride and yes, sends multitudes into apathy. The media knows how to stir that pot too. It feeds the fear that you will be out of money and you will be out of your job and your house and your life. The media knows that kind of negativity sells. People, who think they are owned by their mind, cannot get enough of all that negativity. The very thing that is causing them the pain, the suffering, they cannot get enough of it and watch and read about it 24 hours a day. They talk about it with their friends and co-workers not seeing that all that talking about it is strengthening the holding in mind of economic turmoil. They don’t see that all that resistance, all that hand wringing, is actually the very thing that causes the turmoil to persist.
The media is trying to take us down. That is what negativity always does, it tries to get us more negative, to take us down. Misery loves company. If we are unconscious to what is happening, if we are not awake when we are watching or reading the news, we will be taken right down all the way to apathy---well, we can’t do anything about all this anyway, we say.
The big, black, bold headlines, the loud, bellicose television performers are in the business of taking us down into negativity. They are trying to push us down to lower energies with all that negative trash talk.
The Release Technique is about maintaining a high energy and not being bothered by people trying to drag them down. The Release Technique shows you how not to be bothered by all this news. The Release Technique shows you how not to be touched by the news and how not be touched in your pocket book or bank account.
The Release Technique gives you the skills to be positive in spite of all this news, positive in spite of what is being said or what the media says is going on in the world. Go to www.releasetechnique.com order the Abundance Course and find out how to do it. nnnn

***Avoid = Avoiding
Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Anger Can Be Positive
Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
