Color three-dimensional imaging technology means that using two images, which were taken by different perspectives, print in one picture through two different colors. If you watch this picture with the naked eyes, you just can see blurry ghosting images. Only wearing corresponding red-blue 3D glasses can you see the three-dimensional effect. Red images can just go through a red lens and blue images can just go through a blue lens, because of filtering out red and blue colors. And then different images, in your left and right eyes, overlap in your brain showing 3D effect.

Principle
Images in left projector through a red lens (left eye) revert red pixels which were weeded out when shooting automatically to produce pictures with true colors. When it goes through a blue lens (right eye), most pixels are filtered just leaving very dim images, which it’s easy to ignored by people’s brain. And vice versa, Images in right projector through a blue lens (right eye) revert blue pixels which were weeded out when shooting automatically to produce another angle pictures with true colors. When it goes through a red lens (left eye), most pixels are filtered just leaving very dim images, which is ignored by people’s brain when the images were passed from eyes. To put it simple, a red lens can just distinguish any images except the red ones. And vice versa, a blue lens can just distinguish any images except the blue ones. And finally, 3D images will be shown in people’s brain.

Here I will tell you different uses of different 3D glasses.
1. Red-green glasses and red-blue glasses are used for 3D films, 3D television programmes, 3D games and 3D pictures.
2. Red- cyan glasses or firework glasses are for watching fireworks.
3. Polarized glasses, made of Polaroid, are used for outdoor activities, fishing, climbing, skiing and IMAX cinemas.
