Tomorrow morning get up early and take a walk around your neighborhood. As you walk, breathe in the fresh air deep into your lungs and think about Secret #1. After you give thanks for all the blessings you currently possess… visualize the life you want to live. See and feel yourself possessing and accomplishing all of your goals and dreams. After you return from your walk, begin “acting” like that person you visualized in your mind’s eye.
