Along with water one should be consuming fresh lemon, preferably a half lemon squeezed in water first thing in the morning. This will go through the body and pick up toxins that can be eliminated. If these toxins build up in the body they will cause further damage.

This will help to keep the vitamin and minerals in the body to the right proportions and help you to stay healthy and feeling good.
Exercising is another way of keeping the kidneys in healthy. Good exercise eliminates stress and also helps in reducing inflammation when it comes to kidney disease. This reduction of inflammation also reduces the risk of other diseases which may develop in your body.
