It may not be the first substance you think of for enhancing sports performance, but perhaps it should.
Sage is an herb that allows your heart to work at high capacity, thus delivering blood and nutrients to and remove waste products from the muscles.
Adding Red Sage (also known as Salvia miltiorrhiza) into your nutritional program, along with other substances such as Doc Wellness Supplement, is one of the best, most efficient ways of improving cardiovascular effectiveness.
The roots of this unique, flowering perennial plant have been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. It treats kidney issues and improve the blood flow. Red sage also helps to reduce platelet adhesion and blood clotting, proving the flow of blood while reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Doc's Thoughts: This is a great substance for anything related to the caridiovascular system. Though Red Sage is not the most common substance, it is one of the most effective. I have used this with patients, particularly older patients who have circulation problems.
I have also used this with athletes (and used it personally) to improve recovery time. It is one of the (now, not so hidden) hidden secrets in the sports world.

"Raw Foods" is a popular phrase these days that is often misunderstood, yet represents a powerful, grass roots health movement. Some people shun the idea, not knowing what it means. Others embrace the idea, not knowing what it means. And that's no wonder, since there are many different interpretations of what it means to be on a raw food diet. Personally, I advocate a plant-based raw food diet. In other words, I suggest eating green leafy vegetables, sea vegetables, other vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted seeds, and fruit.
