The Release Technique™ Gives Phobia Sufferers Control.
While the Release Technique is already renowned for its ability to help people achieve success and even better health, another area where it has proven effective is in the treatment of fears, phobias and anxiety. Many people have some form of phobia, such as a mild fear of spiders or a moderate fear of heights. However, there are also many who are so overwhelmed by their fears that the resulting anxiety interferes with their quality of life. Whether it’s a terror over public speaking or a crippling case of claustrophobia, the stress and anxiety brought about by an extreme aversion to specific things or situations can make it difficult for people to do their jobs or lead healthy, productive lives.
There are seemingly as many different “solutions” to this anxiety as there are phobias, but few of them are truly effective in helping people to not only cope with their fears but to release them altogether. From desensitization techniques to hypnosis treatments, millions of people seek help for their phobias every year. The Release Technique, however, is one solution that has been acclaimed by many people as highly effective in helping not only to overcome fear, but to “release” it altogether – permanently.
“Severe anxiety and overpowering phobias can dramatically impact a person’s life,” explains Larry Crane, CEO of Release Technique, “especially when others believe the fear is irrational or silly. The Release Technique acknowledges that phobias are real, honest challenges, but not insurmountable ones.” By employing the methods taught through the Release Technique, phobiasufferers are empowered to regain control of their lives, and rk past the fear, permanently.
Perhaps the biggest benefit of the Release Technique is the fact that it doesn’t require special equipment or expensive treatments. Instead, it allows people to harness a power they already possess – that of positive thinking. With over 100,000 graduates around the world, more people are discovering that the Release Technique is highly effective in all areas of life, from overwhelming fear and anxiety to financial well-being.
The Release Technique was developed in 1952 by Lester Levenson, an accomplished physicist and engineer. The Release Technique has been called the “Ultimate Secret to Success”, and allows graduates to harness the power of a positive attitude and achieve their goals. Whether a graduate hopes to improve their finances, enjoy success in social relationships or achieve abundance in any area of their life, this unique and effective method gives them the tools to succeed. ***Avoid = Avoiding
Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Anger Can Be Positive
Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
