Each day that you step out of bed and your feet hit the floor you are given another brand spanking new opportunity to make the right choices. Each day you are granted this opportunity is another day that you are presented with the occasion to make a conscious decision to take the steps to improve your lifestyle.
One priceless gift we are continuously given is the valuable prospect to try again to enable our actions to match our words and goals. You hold the key to your own success, not me, not your boss, not your significant other or your personal trainer, YOU! What you do with your given twenty four hours is completely and utterly up to you. So what’s it going to mean today? How are you going to prepare for success? Are you going to dress as a beautiful woman that cares about her appearance? How about including exercise into your day? What about your eating habits? Have you taken the steps to create a healthy pattern in the food department? Did you enjoy a well-rounded breakfast? Are you planning a healthy lunch? Is moderation in your vocabulary? Only you can take the steps to change your life. You hold the passion, you can seize the day and yes you can embrace this new path toward greater health and well-being.
Here are some ways to enhance today and each and every day as you travel on your journey in search of a lighter, fitter, happier you:
~Think positive thoughts. It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past, today is a new day. ~Silence negative internal dialog. Do not allow your defeating inner voice to control today. ~Workout. Physical exercise does wonders for the mind, body and soul. Make it happen. ~Don’t take your health for granted. Eat well and take care of you. ~journal your on-goings throughout your day. Share your thoughts and feelings in pen. ~Do something that makes you happy that does not include the use of food. ~Be patient and kind with yourself. DO NOT accept anything but your best effort.
You can make the difference, you can change your patterns and you can be successful. Go for it!
