Today’s Promise Awaits You

The dawn of each day holds the promise for possibilities.

It’s hard to believe that’s true when world seems to be filled with despair, war, recession, The Swine Flu, Listeria, company closures, layoffs, gas and oil price increases, fluctuations in stock markets, earthquakes, tornadoes, killings, abductions, poverty, etc.

All of these things, as well as your own personal and professional struggles, can leave you feeling stressed, fearful, doubtful, anxious, and depressed. It can be difficult to get through your day, let alone believe that it holds promise.

The promise for peace, forgiveness, joy, love, prosperity, and renewed spirit.

We get so entangled in the problems of yesterday that we forget, when we open our eyes, that it is the dawn of a new day, filled with hope, help, and happiness.

We allow the difficulties to define who we are, rather than recognizing that all these troubles are for our individual growth so we may grow collectively.

These apparent troubles test our faith, patience, perseverance, commitment, abilities, and our very existence.

* How can I increase hope?
* How can I extend happiness?

Just think, if each and every one of us believed that each day held the promise to bring about new beginnings, how different our world could be.

The changes you seek begin with you.

You can spread more fear, doubt, hate, and despair, or you can reach out from your heart, with outstretched hands and extend hope, faith, love, support, and forgiveness.

When you listen with your inner ear to the whispers of promise, then possibilities are bound to follow.

Every day we are seeing and hearing how renewed hope, faith, and love, are changing lives and how devastating events are being transformed because we as humans are transforming our beliefs.

You have the choice to see only problems or, the promise that each day holds.

We are all connected to the greatest source of promise, God, that holds true and strong, for change and possibilities.
