Brainwave entrainment is a process that allows you to alter your dominant brainwave frequency to a state of consciousness that will help you actually achieve your goals, when willpower alone has let you down.
Every year about this time, just about everyone world- wide, takes a look at their life and decides to make some changes. These resolutions are heart-felt at the time but seem to fall apart down the line-and not very far down the line.
We have been indoctrinated to believe that if we try hard enough, use enough willpower, we will realize whatever goal we chose. Not having a strong willpower supposedly implies that we are morally weak.
Unfortunately, this information is all hog wash.
Willpower alone achieves nothing, in the long run. It is a very limited mental resource.
Why Willpower Doesn't Workr
We are of two minds-the objective conscious mind that we use to analyse, think, and decide, and the subjective, unconscious mind or subconscious mind that compels us to behave and interact with the world, in a certain way.
The conscious mind is the logical part of us and is where our willpower is stored. We may consciously want to change a habit or behaviour but we are unaware of what program we are following that is housed in the subconscious mind that will influence our behaviour.
That's the problem.
We may consciously wish to change a habit, say quitting smoking, but our subconscious may not agree and no matter how much willpower we exert, our wish then, will never happen.
The subconscious doesn't want to trip you up, not really. It is only following a blueprint that you formed when you started smoking. Smoking helped you fit in, relieved stress, and just felt empowering and these perceptions and emotions are what the subconscious goes by. The subconscious will continue to remind you of how good smoking made you feel, not caring if the action harms you, because it doesn't make choices about good and bad and only tries to give you what you planted in it in the beginning. It is always present moment for the subconscious mind. There is no past and no future. It will continue to override your willpower and stop you, from stopping smoking, until you change, remove and replace the programming that you installed years ago.
When you form a resolution with your conscious mind, using willpower, you will lose. The conscious mind only has access to approximately 2% of the information that the subconscious mind has access to, making it no match for the unconscious subjective mind.
Brainwave entrainment allows you to speak directly to the subconscious mind, with your intention or resolution, helping it to accept your new thoughts and ideas. Entrainment can be the solution that willpower alone cannot help you with. Changing your programming at the subconscious level can be permanent, if you impress the subjective mind over a period of 30 days or so as new neural pathways grow with your new programming. Using just your conscious mind limits you while using the subconscious mind can be extensive mental resource for you.
The results of using entrainment to change your habits or achieve goals will be amazing.
You will be able to keep your resolutions.
When willpower doesn't seem to work anymore, and you want to change something in your life, brainwave entrainment may be just the ticket.
Change your blueprint. Clear limited thought patterns and revel in the power of love and gratitude so that you can receive the abundance you so rightly desire.
Take advantage of a technology, brainwave entrainment, that can easily access and maintain the frequency required to communicate with your inner child, clear those blockages, and re-write your blueprint.
