Watching The Big Mouth Seaso 4 With The Edimax Extender

The Big Mouth Seaso 4 is here and my children can surely not miss it. Especially when the School’s out for summer Netflix’s Big Mouth Seaso 4 starts at sleepaway camp. My daughter has her friends all invited to our house for watching the Big Mouth Seaso 4, for which they had been desperately waiting. Not to mention that I too was waiting for this, and the season turned out to be the most hilarious one. This was only possible because of the Edimax extender. Earlier my house had many dead spots and the Wi-Fi signal was weak throughout the house. This was a headache to everyone in the house as nowadays, in lockdown everyone in the house has to work online. No matter how many times I changed my Wi-Fi or router, there would always be that one spot in the living room or office space that has lackluster Wi-Fi reception. Finally, I tried to give it one last shot and went for the Edimax extender. The Edimax Wireless Extender covers all the dead spots by expanding the coverage and providing better reception in all those areas that lacked a Wi-Fi connection earlier. The Edimax extender’s rear is simple and has only the plug and serial information. At its bottom, there is the power switch which is used for disabling the device when you are out of your room or in any other situation. The front of the Edimax extender has LEDs indicating the strength of the Wi-Fi, connectivity status of the Wi-Fi, its power status, WPS mode, and Ethe et activity. There is also a WPS button under the Edimax logo and the side features are simply the lone Ethe et port used for a bridge modem or router. It is cheaper than many other extenders available in the market and it does its job pretty well. I have been using this Edimax Wireless Extender for a few months now, and I am totally satisfied with the Extender.

Setting UP The Edimax Extender

The Edimax extender comes with a Wi-Fi extender, one Ethe et cable, one Access key card, one quick installation guide, and a CD with a user manual. The Edimax extender setup is very easy. You do not need to have a very good router to have an excellent connection throughout your house or office. The easiest way for using this is to use the WPS feature on your router and the range extender. It is recommendable for you to put the extender in the same area or very close to your main router. After you have finished with the Edimax extender setup and you are done with the testing, you can then re-locate your extender to any other location as per your convenience for optimal Wi-Fi extension.

The setup steps are a bit different from the other extenders and all the steps and processes are provided in the manual that comes along with the Edimax Wireless Extender. You can either use a wireless or a wired connection. You can also type in http://edimax.setup or 192.168.2.2 in the URL address bar of your web browser and then the link edimax.setup get started. After setting up, you will be asked for the Use ame and Password. By default, the use ame is "admin" and the password is "1234" (without the quotes). It is always advisable to Log-in and changes the configuration i.e. the use ame and the password for security purpose. The Edimax setup wizard is a unique Multi-languages Setup Wizard that comes in the bundled CD. You just need to make sure the access point is connected to the network properly without specifying your computer’s IP address before starting the configuration. The Wizard is responsible for detecting your Range Extender or Access Point automatically and then guides you through all the steps while completing the setup process within few minutes. You can also go to the edimaxext setup and then enter the use ame and password and then hit "Enter". You will be taken to the control panel of your extender.

Troubleshooting Edimax Extender

You can enter 192.168.2.2/ and then get to the setup page. If your extender is not performing its best, you could press and hold the WPS button for 10 seconds and reset the extender. The Power LED will then flash when the device starts resetting the process to its default settings. You could also go to their web page and check the other reasons and then troubleshoot it accordingly. Moreover, the Edimax helpline is always there for your help.
