When we read the newspapers or watch the television news shows we are reading or watching what people think about the world. They have gone out and gathered information about their view of the world. What we are reading or watching is their picture of the world, their consciousness of the world.

In the Release Technique we find out we have a choice to not buy into and share the consciousness of the world that the newspaper people or the television news people share. We find out that it is just a decision to be negative or to be positive.

If we are looking for negative, if we have the consciousness of negative, when we go out into the world we are going to find negative. Most, the vast majority of the world would disagree with the last sentence. They would say, it isn’t a question of negative or positive, it’s a question of reality, and in reality most of the world is negative.

Its true, most of the world is negative. It is also true that most of world has a negative consciousness, they look at the negative and say it is real, therefore for them that is true. However, we find in the Release Technique that what is true for the majority of the world does not have to be true for anyone who decides they are no longer going to buy into it.

We don’t have to go very far to find our own consciousness of the world. We need but look inside our very own mind. If we look honestly, we see that our mind is negative and that it promotes negative. Our mind, like all the other minds, is attracted to negative.

However, in the Release Technique, we learn that we no longer need to be run by our mind. We find out that we have a decision moment to moment through our day whether we are going to be negative, that is identify with the negative mind and its negative thoughts and feelings, or we are going to be positive by no longer believing all the garbage the mind tells us through our thoughts and feelings.

We find that we do not have to buy into the thoughts and feelings of our mind and we do not have to buy into the thoughts and feelings of other minds, like newspaper writers, so-called “experts,” and television news producers. What is true for them does not have to be true for us, for our world.

If we read the newspapers, the inte
et news, or the television news, we get the impression the sky is falling, everything is falling apart and we are in trouble. If we buy into what they say, what they say is true for us. We become fearful and what we fear will appear. If we buy into their consciousness of events, so called “news,” then their consciousness becomes our consciousness and what they say is true will be true for us.

However, if we say, no thank you, I am not going to read these newspapers and watch these news shows, I am not going to buy into the consciousness of negativity, then our world will be different. If we decide we are going to be positive in spite of whatever the news is or whatever the negative consciousness is, if we decide to be positive, then our consciousness will be positive and we will have a different experience of the world than those who are negative. The events may go on and they will, because the mass consciousness is negative, but for us only positive happens in our lives, because we have decided that our consciousness, our world is positive despite any evidence to the contrary.

In the Release Technique we learn the tools to undo all the negativity we have built up over our lifetime and many lifetimes. We find out we can undo all that negativity this lifetime. We find for each bit of negativity that we undo, we get a bit more positive. And, as we apply our releasing tools we find that we are dropping more and more negativity and we are getting more and more positive. As we get more and more positive we experience that we need not be part of the negative consciousness that exists in the world. We find that our world, for us, is positive, loving, abundant and happy.

We find out it is just a decision. Watch and read that negative news, buy into the negative consciousness, buy into our own negative mind, or decide, I am going to be positive in spite of whatever is happening, whatever anyone is saying.

The way we get positive is by undoing our long-held negativity. We learn how to do it and acquire the tools to be able to do it all the time with the Release Technique. Go to www.releasetechnique.com, order the Abundance Course on CDs or attend one of the weekend Abundance Courses held all over the world. Do it now and begin your transformation for negative to positive, from wanting to having, from unhappy to happy all the time in spite of what the news people are saying. nnnn

Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Feeling good encompasses many things… Perhaps it is working on an incredible project – getting involved – being inspired. Maybe it is a sound, like the evening rain gently caressing the window while you are sleeping. Maybe feeling good is being at your ideal weight or having a certain amount of money. And maybe, feeling good is the way life is meant to be at all times.

Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
