Garlic tend to be described as a wonder plant and an amazing addition to every diet, but the truth is that like more plants in this world, it will tend to have a lot or at least some side effects related to it.

I’m going to give you some of those side effects here.

The thing you need to pay attention to is that these side effects don’t mean that garlic is bad, in reality, garlic is an amazing vegetable and you need to take it and eat it regularly.

The first side effect of consuming garlic is the smell.

I’m sure that you will notice this one first.

And I’m also sure that you can tell if a person has been eating garlic for the last weeks or so.

This body odor is due to a chemical in garlic called allicin.

This chemical contains sulfur and if you’ve been paying attention in your science class, you will know that sulfur is very odorous and will stink.

The most annoying smell in my opinion is when you’ve just consumed garlic, like my friends used to call it: the dragon’s breath!

You need to know that this breathe isn’t coming from the stomach like most of people think; it’s coming from the lungs.

When you eat garlic and it goes to your stomach, it will get digested and then it will pass through your intestines, these will absorb its compounds and pass them through your blood where they are going to end up in your lungs!

That’s how you are going to get the dragon breath.

The only way I’ve found to stop that smell is to simply chew some mint leaves after twenty minutes of eating garlic.

This will get a nice smell in your mouth and will make you think that you didn’t eat garlic at all.

The second side effect of garlic is allergy.

A lot of people are allergic to garlic!

Don’t get surprised, in fact most people are allergic to garlic.

These are some of the symptoms that are going to occur when someone allergic to garlic eats it:

High temperature

Shortness of breath

Blushing

Vomiting

Trembling

A itchiness. . .

Now, don’t read this and think that you are never going to eat garlic again!

Rest assured, garlic is totally safe is you take these measures:

Don’t eat a lot at the same time and don’t eat it on an empty stomach.

These are the rules I’ll apply to myself when I’m eating garlic and I think it’s not that big of a deal.

Just remember that if you eat too much of a good thing, it will hurt you, no need to tell yourself that it was garlic who caused the symptoms, in reality, it was you who ate a lot of it.

The third garlic side effects is an amazing health

If you’ve been suffering from health troubles, garlic will be a great addition to you.

Just try it.

Seasonal pricing in supplements is not only about basic supply and demand. It happens because of many connected factors. These factors work at different points in the production and selling process. Knowing these factors helps a buyer to see the patterns and to plan better. Price changes can come from when raw materials are ready, how transport works, and also from planned marketing actions. In cold months, immune-related products sell more. In warm months, energy or hydrati
