What to Do When You’re Too Stressed to Think Positive

Have you ever been so overwhelmed or stressed out that you thought you might have a complete meltdown on the spot? When and if this is experienced it’s probably on one of those days that just seem like everything that could go wrong does go wrong or if something or someone has triggered an angry or helpless response in you. Now if at that point you were to hear someone say “ You just need to think positive and things will get better”, your first reaction may be a strong desire to physically maim that person or at the very least tell them to go #$@%*&$! Now that may be extreme, but it’s not that far off is it? Even though we have all heard that this kind of stress can be a potentially dangerous attractor for more and that ‘truth be told’ is a fact, knowing this just adds stress. I know I’ve been there! So what do we do when we are too stressed to think positive? What can help bring us back from that point to a place of peace and well being? Good news, there is a way and it’s simple, fast, discrete and the more ‘in the moment’ stressed out you are the more powerful it works! What could possibly do all that you ask? It’s called ZPoint Process. ZPoint is an energy releasing and manifesting technique that can bring us down from an intense emotion within minutes, often seconds. ZPoint is an intentional technique that consists of; a healing program directed at the subconscious mind, a cue word to activate the program and a presenting issue or unwanted emotion to clear. By repeated your cue word ‘in the moment’ to yourself you can go from ‘blowing a gasket’ to “I’m okay, I can get through this” in a matter of seconds. The beauty of this is even though you may only have come from a 10 down to a 5 on the intensity scale, you can now start to look at things differently, optimism flows back and now there is room for positive thinking and creative solutions. ZPoint is a wonderful quick fix, but that’s only a small part of what’s possible. ZPoint can be used to help clear deep rooted issues and beliefs, physical pain, fears, phobias, as well as improve relationships, health, boost confidence and manifest wealth. When you start to integrate ZPoint into your daily life, you will find the need to use it as a ‘quick fix’ less and less as you won’t find yourself getting to that point of stress as often and you will start to attract good things into your life from the most unexpected people and places.
