“When there are problems, if we would love more, they would disappear. When the love is complete, the problem dissolves immediately!” ~ Lester Levenson
Through our thought processes, we have the ability in any given moment to change our minds and experience a different result. Think about a time when you instinctively knew it was time to step out of an existing career opportunity or relationship. We may not realize it, although when we are focusing on what’s wrong with any given situation, we are sustaining it. Whenever we are struggling, it is a clear indication that we aren’t in peace or harmony with our self. On the other hand, when we focus on the solution or being at peace about a particular matter, instead of focusing on the adversity, we are focused on the opportunity of the matter resolving itself. Anytime we hold in mind peaceful outcomes, being in harmony, being safe, we are always applying positive thinking to the situation. The circumstances will begin to change because we are focusing on having a better outcome.
Whatever causes us to feel out of sorts or confused, is an indication that we aren’t at peace. If there is a disturbance, we need to take into consideration that the disturbance exists within us. Sometimes we aren’t even sure what is wrong; we do know that we don’t like the feelings associated with specific issues. Whenever we feel uncomfortable in relation to a particular person, place, or thing, we have an opportunity to notice our reactions. We may respond cautiously. We may be judgmental, resentful or blameful. Trust that judgments, resentment or blame won’t fix the matter as these energies are negative. We may also unknowingly be projecting our frustrations onto others because we feel bothered. The matter exists at a deeper level within our own subconscious mind. In order to overcome our negative feelings, we have to take responsibility for them.
Accepting a situation allows us to begin to move beyond that limitation. Acceptance is an effective means to end troublesome circumstances. When we can look at adversity and can accept it completely, where is the adversity? Adversity and problems can only exist if we are holding them in mind. When we begin to identify our own limitations, our own shortcomings, and our own challenges, we can take corrective action and begin to experience a more peaceful existence. When we love a problem completely, the problem dissolves immediately because there is nothing further fueling the negativity associated with that situation.
Look at the so-called problems and begin to look for the silver lining that exists within each situation. The law of attraction states, “Positive attracts positive. And, negative begets negative.” Hold in mind what you want, and that’s all that you will experience. Remember, love never hurts. Positive energy constantly refuels itself with more positive energy. Ask yourself could the situation get any better? Yes, it can! Love yourself and your circumstances watch what happens! Love is the answer! Give yourself the most enjoyable gift of all time -- LOVE generously.

***Avoid = Avoiding
Think about an Attachment and we may experience a nice warm-fuzzy feeling. We are of course attached to our family, our homes, our relationships, money, our beautiful stuff, and so forth. Think about an Aversion and what happens – instantly we are facing some resistance. If you are paying attention you’ll instantly notice a clutch indicating that there is something needing our attention. Larry Crane and the staff refer to “the clutch” as a pocket of negativity, ringing like a doorbell to get our attention.

Anger Can Be Positive
Although uncontrolled anger can be quite costly, when channeled properly anger can also be very positive. Among other things, anger can motivate us to work harder to accomplish our goals. This could mean playing harder on the defensive end in a basketball game, studying longer for an exam, or putting in more time when learning to play an instrument. Anger can sometimes lead to newer, higher level goals, possibly fueled by the desire to prove others wrong.
