MAGNETIC INSOLES For Circulation Problems
Written by Richard Whitehead
One of the most popular magnetic products are Magnetic Insoles. These are now used by millions of people worldwide for improving circulation problems in the feet and legs. In a Clinical Test done by Michael I. Weintrub. M.D. FACP who is a Clinical Professor of Neurology at New York Medical College (American journal of Pain Management - Volume 8) found that overall 64% of patients benefited from magnetic insoles and this percentage was increased in the diabetic subjects in the trial to 75%. Burning feet dysesthesiae was reversed, notably in the diabetics suffering from peripheral neuropathies (PN). Although this was a very limited clinical test with a relatively small number of subjects (people) it does at least open the whole subject for further tests and discussion. At the present time further tests are being conducted at a hospital here in the UK. We will let you know of the test results as soon as they are published.
TIPS for USING MAGNETIC INSOLESnTIP 1.....Always go for the most comfort.....with years of constant feedback here at MAGNETIC THERAPY LTD we have found that the clients that report the best results are those who wear them the most. Sounds quite obvious really. But the stronger magnetic insoles (Advanced) have quite large magnets in and are not all that comfortable to use. The temptation then is to stop using them, or at least limit there use. This is particularly important to people with sensitive feet which is usually the case. You will see on the Magnetic Insole page on our website that we have clearly marked the comfort level with a star rating system. First time users of Magnetic Insoles are well advised to always go for the most comfortable ones available. In our range....these are the Black Insoles which come in three sizes and can also be cut to fit almost any shoe.
TIP 2....Wear them in socks in bed. It may sound simple but its is quite easy to put you Magnetic Insoles inside a pair of socks when you are sleeping this then gives you maybe 7/9 hours of use and no discomfort whatsoever.
