Handwriting affirmations is beneficial for several reasons, not only because the affirmations you write are then far more personal to you, but also because handwriting something is much like repeating it over and over. When you say or write something repeatedly, it will become etched into your mind and eventually a part of who you are and how you think.

Creating affirmations is a very personal and powerful experience and something that you want to get right so that you will achieve all you want to, and of course attract everything that you want to! Writing out your desires in a positive language in your own writing will help your subconscious to remember and hold onto the affirmation so that your belief in it will grow further.

Handwriting affirmations will help you to:

**Develop a deeper understanding of what you want to write

**Think more about what it is that you are trying to achieve

**Take your time choosing the words that you want to write down

**Allow you to write your affirmations without the distractions of a computer

**Access your unconscious through your handwriting

Research has proven that when taking notes, creating letters, documents or even affirmations in this case, handwriting will help you to remember information much better than typing on your computer.

What our bodies do, our subconscious learns from, and connecting your physical self with your psyche and intuition is extremely important when you are about to write your affirmations.

It is also said that when you write affirmations by hand, they are more likely to come from the heart, reflect your emotions and encourage you to express yourself in a way you would not do when typing mindlessly on a computer.
Handwriting your affirmations will encourage you to think about what it is that you really want!

My mother who is 96 came down with bronchitis at the end of September. Two days after the doctor had diagnosed her she got worse so I called an ambulance to take her to the hospital.

The traditional job search strategy of sending out résumés, attending large job fairs, often ends up going nowhere when there are more than 14 million unemployed individuals and only 2.5 million jobs to fill according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. You may think it’s impossible to find a job in today. Not so! Now is the very best time to move forward with force, while your competition is moving slowly.

When was the last time you asked a client for feedback about your services and how your office staff works as a team? You might turn up some useful information by doing a client feedback session when their work is complete. I recently had an experience with a hospital that is an example of how frustrating a poorly working team can be. I wish they had asked for feedback!
