First of all, let’s understand what indolence is. It simply means laziness or disinclined to complete a task or activity, for instance, when you want to lose weight by doing routine exercise, you will delay this task by finding many excuses, like “I am too tired after a full day work, maybe do it tomorrow”, “Not feeling well and right for exercise now”, “I am not in the mood to exercise now” and many many more that you can think of. This is called procrastination due to laziness, everyone are guilty of this once in a while, how about you?
Secret Empowering Remedy to Procrastinationr
To find the right medicine to cure this procrastination illness, we must first understand how laziness lead to procrastination. Laziness is a state of mind that one have if he does not have a clear and precise goal in life, therefore he will just let the days passed without any objectives in mind. You will notice that people with a crystal clear goal in life are always motivated and progressing every now and then, while the earlier does the opposite.
The other reason for laziness might be caused by comfort zone. If some one is already in his comfort zone, he will tend to procrastinate and averse against changes because his mental security state is being threatened. For example, if a person has been in the job for 20 years, it will be difficult for him to quit his job, even he is unhappy with it.
How can we overcome this?
We can use the medicine called “Incentives” to fight against procrastination. Incentives are like sweets to the young when they have achieved your expectation, do you still remember your parents buying you your favorite toy when you are in the top 3 standings in class?
