Alignment; having a plan and seeing it through to realization takes the arrangement of actions and the configuration of your schedule to enable it to happen. Every accomplishment that you achieve takes time; it requires your ability to make the choices that are in alignment with your goals.
Every single action that you take has affects on your results. Taking the time to think about what you need to do to make your goals happen enables you to make the choices that support your goals. Working toward your dreams means that you have to gain control of your thoughts, your conduct and your acts; all of these must be in configuration if you are to reach your desires. I’m sure you’ve heard this statement: If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always got,” (author unknown) so very true. Therefore, if you want something different in your life, you must do something different in your life; not this afte
oon, not tomorrow, not next week, now!
So let’s take a look at some steps you can execute to make your journey toward better health and fitness a little easier, more convenient and more apt to come to fruition.
~Take a moment to contemplate your action before diving into a situation. ~Ask yourself “will this action bring me closer to my goals?” If your answer is “yes,” go for it. If your answer is “no” rethink your encounter. ~Try writing your options down on paper. Sometimes it helps to see things written down and makes your decision clearer. ~When in doubt, call a friend, talk with your significant other or text your coach for support.
At the end of the day, you are the one who must take the risk to make things happen. You are the one that must pay attention to your deeds and you are the one that will reap the rewards. Pay attention to what you do, how you react and your end result. Keep in mind that if you do not like what is going on in your life, you have the right to change it and you hold the power to make it happen and create a difference. You deserve everything in life that you want.
