Can you see where you are going? Do you have a vision set firmly in your mind of how you want your life to be? Are you making the best of where you are now in order to get where you want to go? Do you love your job? Your relationships? Your home? Your physique? Your lifestyle? Are you truly grateful for all you do and have? Are you making the most of your talents, skills, and abilities? Are you happy with yourself? If not, you are the only one who can do anything about it. Your happiness is your responsibility. We demonstrate happiness by being cheerful, joyful, optimistic, or content. The very demonstration of happiness brings more happiness. Happiness is a state of mind. You make a decision to do the things you need to do in order to make yourself happy. Abraham Lincoln once said, “A man is about as happy as he makes up his mind to be.”

Have you made up your mind to be happy?
