If you know how to use the Law of Attraction properly, you can decrease stress and attract abundance into your life. The Law of Attraction has been around for thousands of years but has become recently popular due to our modern media (movies like “The Secret”). This guide will show you more.
1. Create a list of things you want to change in your life
If you’re still learning how to use the Law of Attraction the first step is to list all of your frustrations and stress in your life. Write it all down. Next, for each stressful situation, list something positive you are getting out of the situation. If you wrote down your co-workers aren’t doing their fair share, on the positive note you can write down you’re creating personal growth or that you’ve realized that this is not what you want to be doing with your life and you’re motivated to change your situation.
2. Have the right attitude
Think with a positive head. You can’t fake positivity and have a constant grin on your face. Try to truly feel thankful for what you have in your life and have faith that what you want is on its way. Instead of having negative thoughts that can put you in a sour mood, try focusing your mind on feelings of gratitude. Feeling thankful for everything in your life will put you in a better mood that it will help you attract your desires.
3. Think about how you want your life to look like
If you don't know the first step toward using the law of attraction, its visualization. You can attract positive situations and open windows of opportunities into your life by visualizing. It's very effect and can help attract abundance. Make a detailed list of everything you want to have happen in your life. If you want love, jot down what it is you want from the man or woman. Visualize your desires on a daily basis.
4. Have peace
Try accepting the things in your life instead of focusing on wishes that might never happen. Life can be tough, but avoid wasting all your energy focusing on it because you still have a lot to live for.
You control your emotions.
Your thoughts and actions have to coexist with desires in order to function. Instead of being down about life, think about your goals and how you can accomplish them. Keep your thoughts positive, visualize the life you want every day and move towards your goal by working on your next plan of action. Apply the law of attraction in this quest.
