What do you want? No seriously what do you want? What are you asking for? What are you expecting? What are you hoping for? Your challenge, should you chose to accept it, is to accept all the abundance that comes your way in the next 48 hours. You will face many moments in your life when your own doubts and fears can begin to overwhelm you. Regardless of how upbeat, how positive, how hopeful you are, everyone faces those nagging feelings inside that something is going or will go wrong. It is a waste of energy trying to fight these thoughts or verbally beating yourself up with more negative thoughts for having these negative thoughts. Yes, how many times have you thought or said negative things about yourself like "I'm so stupid!" "Way to go genius" "What is wrong with me?" "I can't do this." "What if this isn't right?" "I don't deserve this anyway." You do not control your initial thoughts and impulses; however, you are absolutely in control of your response. You have the power to get your mind right when you find yourself being pulled into a place of doubt and fear.

Here are two great ways to motivate yourself and leap back into the flow of living with purpose and positive expectation

1. Remind Yourself of How Fabulous and Powerful You Already Are!

I'm serious. You are fabulous and powerful! Yes you! Any response you are having other than 'Yes I am or Thank you!' is a lie. When you are faced with doubts and fears, remind yourself by creating a quick list of the top 5 most fabulous and powerful things about you. Don't be shy. No one else needs to know what's on your list. Allow yourself to be completely open and honest about how much you love who you are.

2. Encourage Yourself with How Fabulous and Powerful You are Becoming

I'm serious. You are becoming more fabulous and powerful every day! Yes you! Any response you are having other than 'Yes I am or Thank you!' is a lie.
