DISCOVER THEM, USE THEM TO FEEL MORE FULFILLED

Every one of us has two strengths that we’re naturally good at, enjoy using, and effortlessly use in successful ways. However, if we don’t know what these 2 strengths are (it could be any of 16 possible combinations), then we won’t know the information we need to be most fulfilled, most effective, and most successful at work.

When we use these Top 2 Strengths at Work, we feel fulfilled, valued, and like “ourselves.” We also naturally separate ourselves from the pack, since using a strength is easy for you — and difficult for others! It’s less work, and you don’t need to try as hard. Otherwise, we feel we are stretching past our natural selves into work we don’t enjoy, and don’t feel valued for.

One reaso
I became a Life Coach was because I discovered my top #1 strength is “Generating Future Possibilities” for people. My second #2 strength is “Navigating Social Relationships.” Coaching lets me use both of these strengths, most of the time, most days — finding this out about yourself can allow you to do the same thing.

Contact me to find out how you can discover your Top 2 Strengths at Work, using a short assessment I developed which only takes a few minutes and provides you with instant results! You can apply the results immediately. It may very well change your life the same day you take it.

Wishing you much fulfillment!
