I have been studying and practicing metaphysics and spiritual/energy healing modalities for over 20 years. My passion is to teach others to discover the vast potential within themselves that they may manifest their greatest passions. By understanding the relationships between our physical health habits, belief systems, emotional patterns and faith structures we can learn to shift and heal all that doesn't work for our highest good.

Metaphysical Workshops: Tools, techniques, strategies for aligning the mind with heart and soul for unified harmonious personal discovery,growth and manifestation.

Meditation: Helping people learn to sit quietly and patiently with themselves. All answers lie within - we usually just can't hear them. Peace starts in a calm heart.

My Centre for Applied Metaphysics supports the philosophy that it is our right to choose the quality of our lives and our health. Just by witnessing the natural order of our world and universe I have learned that we can create and take advantage of the opportunity to restore harmony and balance to our lives.

When we consciously apply ourselves to working with natural law and divine order we advance towards fulfilling our original intent and purpose. I have seen hundreds of clients heal the discontent in their lives in this way.
