I'm an expert in overcoming social anxiety and shyness. I've been suffering from social anxiety for many years and living that way was no fun.
I had almost no friends and was very unhappy with my life. I even lost my job because of my social phobia. This has opened my eyes and i realized that I had to do something. I had to overcome social anxiety and I had to do it quick.
I began looking for solutions. I read all the books on social anxiety that I could find. Some were good and some were far from being useful. However, even the good ones were missing something. They were missing the key information, something that would give me the confidence to go all the way and overcome my social anxiety for good.
So I kept looking for a better solution and then I came across neuro linguistic programming. I enrolled in a NLP practitioner training and found some very useful techniques.
Eventually I came up with just the right mixture of cognitive behavioral therapy and neuro linguistic programming techniques that helped me overcome my social anxiety. Since then I have helped many others who suffered from social anxiety.
