Auctus is Latin for the word GROW.

Auctus was born out of experience in leading business professionals. These professionals either gravitated toward process or behavior to address obligations or act on new opportunities. Programs like Franklin Covey focus on the process savvy. Many teambuilding, personality typing, and conflict resolution programs cater to the relationship bent. We have attended and ‘graduated’ from the same sessions most professionals endure either in the process or behavior camp and attained our 'nuggets' from the day to week long class or study.

The assessment was and is that relationships, processes, and results are needed simultaneously for success. More importantly no current program or discourse moves towards real and lasting change. The individual and company specific variables render these programs marginal in lasting affect.

The bridge between process, behavior, and results meant we needed to help people grow comprehensively as well as focus on short term results. This 'growing your focus' like any discourse cannot be learned in a 'tips and techniques' session. Habits are formed through modeling and practice.

We were urged to develop a unique and comprehensive yet specific hands on practicum based training and personal coaching program.

This is Auctus. It is not system or workbook. It is a partnership.

Many top students who are moving into the next stage of their life are challenged to perform at their best. These students move through periods where balancing new expectations with prior skill sets reduces overall performance. These students are not candidates for counseling or intervention. Nor are they in need of further education.

The outcome of this balance issue is seen in de-motivated or distracted individuals and for some, changed grades and behavior. Simply, parents, relatives, and educators are at a loss for what to do next in bringing this once vibrant young man or woman ‘back to life’.

Auctus worked with educational leaders and the fundamental concepts we have learned from coaching struggling entrepreneurs and stuck executives to build this program. Mentoring allows for information dissemination from the eyes of the coach.

Auctus Mentoring is a tailored framework of practicum-based material allowing for skills to be transferred to the participants. The sponsor can choose what parts and emphasis of the materials suit the needs, culture, and goals of that student.

Coaching offers meaningful and consistent balance and accountability outside techniques used by ‘self-help guides’ and ‘tips-and-tricks books’. This has been proven true over many years for top sports professionals and business executives alike.
