What is Your Biggest Weakness- How would you answer this question in an Interview
This is a question that stumps most of us on an interview. In fact,it might seem like a trick question. It’s one way for an interviewer to see how you will handle yourself in an awkward situation. Would it surprise you to know that there are ways to answer this honestly and still project self-confidence? Rather than acknowledge that you are more of an introvert than an extrovert you could answer like this… “I recognize that I could be more vocal in contributing ideas during our team meetings.

How to Overcome the Imposter Phenomenon
I was on a coaching call recently where we discussed learned helplessness and how it plays a role in our lives. If we don’t all have learned helplessness so deeply embedded in our psyche then why is it so easy for most of us to say “I can’t” when faced with a challenge that takes us outside of our comfort zone. It’s almost a reflex reaction for many of us and I believe it stems from past experiences where we experienced a loss of power. These experiences may not even be currently in our consciousness.

How to get started
One on One Coaching
Coaching is an investment in yourself to “do-be-have” everything you want for yourself and your life. I coach clients to find their own answers by getting them to think critically about their issues.
While every member is unique and requires different coaching techniques at times, the following steps are used in my coaching sessions:
1. Listen and ask questions – my first goal is to have you share your challenges.
2. Get your first win – often the simple discoveries are most profound. Helping you to look at what is stopping you from a new perspective and break through a challenge that you didn’t think possible is one of my strengths. I will support you in discovering the strengths within yourself.
3. Build your confidence through taking action – as the “inner” work gets done, we shift to the “outer” or “action” step. For instance, once you realize how to overcome a challenge, the next step is to set a goal or plan to do it.
4. Increase momentum with repeated successes
5. Ongoing recharge and maintenance – eventually, you will hit a roadblock. No one, even life coaches are immune from these. We will reassess where you are and get you back on track.

Mastermind Groups
Mastermind Groups are based on the premise that each person has an important contribution to make to the experience of being part of a group. Because of the energy created in a group dynamic they will benefit many times over from what they contribute.
The concept of a Mastermind Group was written about in Napoleon Hill’s book “Think & Grow Rich”
“No 2 minds ever come together without thereby creating a third invisible intangible force, which may be likened to a third mind.”
Mastermind groups are used for problem-solving, inspiration and motivation. They share the basic philosophy that more can be accomplished in less time by working together. Comprised of individuals who meet in an open, supportive environment on a regular basis, the mastermind group’s sole purpose is to share thoughts, ideas, opinions and information. An important aspect of a mastermind is giving feedback to each other and helping individuals look at a problem or issue from another’s perspective. Each member will hold the others accountable by setting up structure to fulfill on promises about what they say is important in their life.
Before joining a Mastermind Group it’s important to give some thought to what personal and/or business goals you have not yet achieved and what kind of support you would appreciate having to support you in moving closer to the end result.
A willingness to accept feedback and a differing viewpoint are critical to your success in any Mastermind.
Personality and Behavioural Assessments
DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. If you participate in a DiSC program, you’ll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior.
DiSC profiles help you and your team:

- Learn how to adapt your own style to get along better with others
- Foster constructive and creative group interactions
- Facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict
- Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles
- Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members
