Are you getting out of bed tired and hopeless?
If you are getting out of bed in the morning more tired than when you went to bed the night before, consider this your wake-up call. there may be more on your mind than you realize. We call this stress! Stress comes in all kinds of clothing. It can come from having "too much on your plate" during the day; a boss who piles on more and more work without having knowledge about how the job needs to be done in order to be done right. It might come in the form of a too-long commute to work, so that by the time you even get there you are worn out.

Welcome to my Expert Page!! If you suffer from back or neck pain, or have experienced fatigue, frustration, or any kind of physical or emotional tension, you have come to the right place! I work with a multi-modality approach to Self-Care and Self-Development, that can help you to identify unconscious habits that cause tension both physically and mentally, and replace these patterns with better, more useful ways of living in your own body.
How is this done? We bring more awareness to how you are responding to your everyday circumstances, and through this conscious awareness, you begin to make new and better choices. It is never what is happening "out there" that matters, but how you react to the "out there"! It is quite possible to not lose your equanimity and peacefulness, no matter what is happening in the world. Think about that for a moment...you are the master of your peace. Nothing and nobody can really throw you off your balance, not if you don't choose to let it happen.
My work is all about helping you to restore balance both physically and mentally, and to enjoy that ease and peace in whatever activities you choose to undertake. This includes public speaking, performance of all kinds, the usual activities like driving and sitting in front of a computer all day, the business of the work environment. All of your activities can be done with less stress, more awareness of ease, and actually choosing to stay easy and peaceful. The study of the body and the breath are the beginning, and we then maintain this ease while living in the world. Ease of movement, balance in the joints, releasing compression of all kinds, and freedom and well being are restored naturally and painlessly.
Then, as you go forward on your Self-Development path, we will bring in the Energy Management skills, and the Energy releases that are so helpful for releasing patterns and emotional baggage that are no longer useful or helpful to you. There is a whole Coaching system which includes Intuitive readings and guidance to bring you closer to where you want to be, by clearing the emotional clutter that leaves you stuck or confused, to naturally connect with your inner guidance and awaken the wisdom of your Divine Self, a true Spiritual Path.
