As one of the six (6) Certified Professional Facilitators (CFPs) in New Zealand, Donald facilitates group conversations which help people be organised and absolutely clear on their responsibilities. People gain clarity on a common vision and become more disciplined in living agreed values. He facilitates certainty and alignment among managers and team members.
Leaving farming at the age of 20, he has owned businesses in New Zealand for the past 26 years. For the past 13 years he has been a full time facilitator working with:

Donald’s approach is simple: he connects with people, which allows him to facilitate a deeper understanding of a situation.

Accepting â Agreeing
How often do we hear someone say in an argument “I just can’t accept what you’re saying”. What they really mean is “I don’t agree with you” and when we make this distinction arguments and stress simply melt away. A phrase we commonly hear is “let’s agree to disagree”. That’s along the right lines, but we can do a lot better with greater understanding. Underpinning a deeper understanding is awareness that we cannot change what has already happened. When we step back and think clearly, to not accept what has already happened is absurd.

Powerful Visions
There was a stunned silence. What he had said was so simple, so clear and so simple. Compared to the other reports, in just a few words Michael had communicated so much. Everybody felt inspired. Michael is an impressive man, even though he is still a teenager. He was sharing his vision to a discussion group of equally impressive peers and in that moment we could see he is destined to make a big mark on the world.
