The project is a theoretical or virtual success! Nothing concrete is happening! Questions scramble your well organized thoughts and the merry-go-round starts.

Horseback riding is an art. Sure, in a Gymkhana, its a rather intense activity which blends speed and skill. As one, your horse and you swivel and swerve through obstacles while precious seconds go by. When jumping an obstacle course, timing and synchronization permit you to glide through the air, almost flying as you take off and land. Your skill and experience protects you from banal errors and injuries.

This feeling of uncertainty tints your every move and lets off an air of ambivalence which is far from becoming. Security is based on certainty. A leader should be transparent and his/her integrity should be evident. This is a challenge because when in accuracy emerges from a Leader’s mouth, the trust in his/her ability to lead dwindles. Therefore, a Leader needs to be detail-oriented. Notes taken on projects, detailed methodology suggested as to how his staff is expected to pursue their goals, clear expectations, consistent pertinent feedback to employees after individual meetings. ‘Details!’ You’ll exclaim! ‘I barely have time to complete what I need to do! It is time consuming AND time is a commodity, I can’t spare!’

How to get started

I work with resilient, determined men and women, of all ages and of all walks of life, especially care-providers, who are presently overwhelmed by a struggle, situation, or sudden loss, and have no intent of letting this overpower them. They aim to clarify this situation, explore effective solutions and take productive action.

My clients then regain the appealing glow and spark of the keen, confident, energetic people they’ve always been. They walk away with the pride and triumphant joy of having overcome.
