Choice Is Motivation
We hear the term "empowerment" a lot these days. For those who need a reminder, empowerment refers to liberty and our ability to achieve what we desire. Motivation, on the other hand, is that what keeps your spirit and enthusiasm high. Your need for self-empowerment or self-motivation in life comes from within. Motivation gives you something to which to look forward, and it makes everything seem attainable – even those goals that may seem impossible.

Mentoring: Encouraging Success
Once you establish your own company, we have a tendency to look at our previous experience and how it has encouraged your employee's success – to notice what worked and what didn't. One of the essentials of a flourishing business is the openness to share your wisdom and enthusiasm of doing what you love with others. One of the easiest ways is to create a mentoring program. Mentoring doesn't always mean you are "grooming' new employees for their rise in the corporation; it also means mentoring students toward gaining much-desired skills in the work place.

Health Coaching?
Coaching is one of the fastest growing industries. Recently an associate of mine quipped, “Yeah, the economy takes a downward turn and suddenly everyone is a coach of this, that or another.” At first I was taken aback, but then after some thought I realized that from one perspective that statement has some truth behind it. Over the last few weeks I made a conscious effort to keep an eye for how many coach-type emails, advertisements, etc., came my way.

Can Eyes See Beyond the World?
Over the last several years I always have wondered about, toyed with and believed in our extrasensory perception in relation to my own personal views versus those individuals close to me as well as people in general. We know and read in the media both science and philosophy continuously grow and expand in the advancement of understanding human life. Today most if not all scientists and philosophers agree on the fact a human’s investigation of the world is limited.

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Karen Kleinwort
Karen's personal perspective on the limits of our own success ...
"There is no such thing as a glass ceiling, it is only story belonging to another we've adopted as our own. When we shine the light of our heart on what seems to be a smudge on the glass, it not only reveals the fable but it unveils the true height of our abilities. My mission is support individuals in guiding them to open their hearts for the smudge to finally be revealed."
Favorite quotes are too many to list. I recommend opening any Yogi Tea and for the 15 minutes is takes you to steep, drink and enjoy - allow your mind to ponder the quote on the tea bag. Your heart and soul will thank you for it.
