Lex’s purpose is to help others experience more wisdom, love, and power in the face of radical life transitions. Radical transitions are periods of rapid and sometimes unexpected change in your life — change that can feel terrifying and overwhelming. It can happen in your work, finances, relationships, health, and even in your sense of self. At first, no one wants to face it. It can take much longer to move through than you might initially imagine and yet, it’s also the type of change that, when transitioned correctly, will lead to the biggest breakthroughs in your life. And the greatest opportunities.
As a coach, Lex’s role is that of an expert guide who helps others move through important transitions towards greater authenticity, clarity and new levels of success. Lex is certified in several next-generation change management methodologies and brings over ten years of experience navigating his own radical life transitions.
When Lex was in his early thirties, he had a life-changing epiphany. As he puts it, “struggling to manage the explosive growth of my high-tech company as well as my marriage, baby daughter, new home, and my health and sanity, I felt like my life was imploding. Depressed and frustrated, I realized that everything I had learned about managing life wasn’t enough in the face of accelerating change. I was trying to manage my life from the outside-in, striving to make it, do it, force it and ‘arrive.’ My life was successful on the surface but beneath a cool and calm veneer, I could feel everything I care deeply about slowly disintegrating. Like a leaky pipe that doesn’t reveal its fissures until the water pressure is severe, it took a rapid amount of change in my life to reveal the cracks in the methods that originally brought me success.”
This epiphany led Lex on a remarkable jou ey to discover new and better methods to cultivate more wisdom, love, and power when faced with challenging life circumstances and to live with more freedom, joy, and peace all the time. Lex is the author of “Ready for Enlightenment” a highly regarded book on spiritual development for type-A personalities. He is a certified practitioner of the Adizes methodology, Heart Math, and Spiral Dynamics. Lex is also an experienced entrepreneur, having led the development of two multi-million dollar companies. Lex is well versed in a deep array of body-mind-spirit modalities and brings his passion, insight, and experience into all of his coaching activities.

The Real Reason You Don't Meditate
This article is dedicated to those who want to have a daily meditative or reflective practice but don’t actually sit down and do it. “I know I should be meditating but I just can’t find the time” or “I wish I could take time to reflect but I keep getting distracted” are common refrains. Before I share it with you, allow me to quickly clarify two things: 1) Any Meditation or Reflection Practice is a Good Oner

Love's Perfect Questions
Have you ever noticed how the work week tends to build up a dust of separation and isolation between you and significant other? You’re doing your thing. Your partner is doing his/her thing. You’re both busy, doing your best to juggle the demands of work, home, family, kids, money, carpools, workouts, homework, meals, cleaning … basically managing the constant demands of modern living. You already know from experience that it’s so easy to fall into the trap of living together and “missing” each other at the same time.
