Having been over 265 lbs., I know how difficult weight loss can seem. I was fat, sick, and in many ways nearly dead. I decided to change that and never look back. Likewise, I never wanted to live a limited, reduced, and depressed life again. Since that time I have lost 80+ pounds. I know that any weight loss goal can be reached with proper techniques, guides, and plans. I’d love to speak with you about the magic we can make happen to work together.
Not only that, but I’m a certified health coach, trained exercise scientist, and functional kinesiologist. Along my weight loss journey, I decided that normal approaches did not get the results that most people needed. I have put my heart and soul into finding the most effective techniques possible for myself and my clients. When I decided to change the way I trained, I saw drastic results and changes within weeks. I want you as the client to also feel the remarkable changes and increased energy of proper functional training.
I work with those who want to lose weight quickly and easily. If you would like to be in the best condition of your life, increase your energy vitality, and improve your mentality, I have the exact plans to help you reach your goals. As a client, you will go through a 3-pronged plan addressing the following areas: your mind, your body, and your emotions. We will see what got you to where you are today and work on these areas effectively.
When working with me, I will do a full and thorough health intake with you. We will have a video/audio chat to review your goals and where you are currently. We will review what I need from you and what you can expect from me. I will then use all the information you provided to tailor a plan just for you. We will check in once a week. We will review every step you have taken in your current journey and what adjustments we need to make to keep the results steady and focused on your overall development. Likewise, we will set goals, track those goals, and focus on your success. I spend quality time and take pride in my clients, and I can’t wait to work with you.
