Maureen Staiano

Though the road tornfinding our passion and purpose can take longer at some times than others if werncontinue to persevere it will eventually happen. Maureen Staiano was destined to become a coach and every learning experience she gathered along the way has gratefully been to her coach’s toolbox.

Naturally curious and with a strong belief in her own ability Maureen has carved a somewhat non traditional path for herself. After a short stint in the corporate environment she left, feeling that she wanted to pursue a work track that would nurture her entrepreneurial spirit.

Leaving the corporate environment to marry and start a family started a new chapter ofrnmotherhood and home life. Never one to not have a project in the works Maureen and her husband began a 2 year renovation of an old two-family home they purchased in Amesbury, MA.

Before the project was complete Maureen transferred with her husband to New Jersey where a whole new chapter of life began. Finishing the renovation project long distance and getting certified inrnreal estate while taking care of two small children kept her busy as she settled into life in a new state.

Finding herself divorced and a single Mom after three years living in New Jersey, Maureen took on being a singler Mom and built a successful real estate career specializing in new construction. It was only after meeting her present husband Jim, that she was persuaded tornleave the field of new construction to enter a thriving family owned retail furniture operation.

Working in a small business allowed Maureen to hone her business skills while also tapping into her creative side and plunging into decorating. During both careers however it was actually working with people the stirred her passion.

Using a coaching approach in business and her interactions with clients has given her the opportunity to draw out what was truly important to each individual client. Whether it was in the construction of a home or the decorating of one, the end result was a true reflection of the client and what is important to them.

Finally acknowledging that working with people coaching them into reaching deep inside and connecting with their own individual dreams is what she is here to dor Maureen entered the most fulfilling chapter of her life, becoming a coach.

In starting Achiever Your Dream Coaching she finally created a business out what she has been doing all along, coaching people into being the best they can be. Using common sense, compassion and humor she gives her all to each and every client. Holding to the belief that anything is possible Maureen is constantly pursing inner growth and change.

Having survived many of life’s transitions and looking forward to many more, Maureen is ready to help you dig deep and make your most important dream a reality.
